Christine Lee, June 30. When you’re doing guest strip sessions, one of the nicest phenomena is the surprise factor. See, usually you contact a lot of people, and some of them will say they’ll draw something, and again, some of those actually do draw something. With Christine, it worked the other way round.
Christine, who runs a cool web site called Rustic Eye, heard about mekka blue somehow, and sent me an e-mail, and a little later, she sent me this comic strip.
Please note the way she used shadow and light in her thrilling horror splatter apple strip. And she cuts right before the gory scene in order to spare our younger readers from certain trauma.
