Christine Lee, June 14th. Christine tells me, and I quote, “I have nothing against apples.” Well. Ahem. In any event, this strip is the continued story of last year’s guest strip. So, now we have Episode II – The Revenge of the Sith Apples: But in the last frame, our apple-slicing protagonist keeps the upper hand by swiftly turning around and gulping down the clueless apples, which vanish in the depths of her throat, uttering a last desperate cry.
Anyway, she has a website called, Rustic Eye, where she keeps a small but cool gallery and collection of comic scribbles. It’s absolutely worth checking out.
Christine, thanks for the great drawings! I’m already ultra-curious about how the apple saga continues next year. ;-)
